If for any reason you are not satisfied with the parts purchased and in compliance with current regulations, you have the right to return any item purchased from www.himnum.com within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service Department by sending an email to returns@bohemme.com, indicating the reference of your order in the subject line, or by post to the following address:

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, BLUE OCEAN CONCEPT S.L. will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will reimburse the amount, but not the shipping and return transport costs.
Returns must be sent with the seals intact and in perfect condition to our headquarters under the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer to the following address:

Once the returned products have been checked at our Centre, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to the same method of payment used for the purchase.
Remember that the period in which you will see the credit in your account will depend on your bank.
In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
